A film made entirely in the Quebrada de Humahuaca, province of Jujuy. The viewer must be advised that the authenticity of the material treated-dances, music and corals, filmed and recorded directly in the region to the locals, in some cases obliges them to deviate from the artistic criteria that apply to productions of another type, as well as the libretto original by Fray Salvador Santore OP

Description of the film: General views of the Quebrada de Humahuaca, water running through a stream, hillsides, cardones, fields with crops and plantations. General views of a procession with the villagers marching on the way to church carrying the straw niche with the child Jesus. General views of children dancing the star dance and braiding the basket. Images of a man blowing a horn and playing a drum at the end of the day with the celebrations.
