Ghulam Nabi Azad slams Yogi Adityanath over rising death toll in anti-CAA protests

Congress senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad hit out at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath over rising death toll in the state during protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). He said, "The Chief Minister of the state is responsible for this. The Chief Minister has asked police administration to heavily clamp down on students."
He further added that if the central government is not bringing National Register of Citizens (NRC) may be, then there is no problem with CAA.
