Protests that started from the North Eastern states against the Citizenship Amendment Act have now spread to several states including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujraj, Kerala. Following the violent protests in Delhi on Sunday, the police action has angered the students and has been demonstrating continuously. But now students have adopted the path of 'Gandhi Giri' to protest.

नागरिकता संशोधन कानून के खिलाफ उत्तर पूर्वी राज्यों से शुरू हुआ विरोध प्रदर्शन अब दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश, गुजराज, केरल समेत कई राज्यों में फैल चुका है। रविवार को दिल्ली में हुए हिंसक प्रदर्शन के बाद पुलिस की कार्रवाई से छात्र नाराज हैं और लगातार प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। लेकिन अब छात्रों ने विरोध जताने के लिए 'गांधी गिरी' का रास्ता अपनाया है।
