PewDiePie Announces
Break From YouTube.
Felix Kjellberg, best known as PewDiePie online, recently
announced he would be taking a break from YouTube in 2020. .
In a video to his 102 million
subscribers, PewDiePie said
he was feeling “very tired” and
needed to take the time off. .
I am taking a break from YouTube
next year … I wanted to say it in
advance because I made up my
mind. I’m tired. I’m feeling very
tired. I don’t know if you can tell, PewDiePie, via YouTube.
He did not say how long he expected
to be away, only saying it would be
“early next year” for a “little while.”.
Media coverage of his announcement
followed soon after, with many criticizing
PewDiePie for his past controversies.
This caused him to delete his Twitter and post
a video to YouTube titled “I hate twitter,”
calling the platform a "cesspool of opinion.".
People just can't seem to help themselves
from pointing out what is good and what is
bad, or others are bad and you are good, to
the point where it almost becomes fiction
just to satisfy this need, PewDiePie, via YouTube
