New Delhi, Dec 17 (ANI): While addressing an event in the national capital on December 16, the former president of India Pranab Mukherjee, amid the protests on new citizenship law, said, “Indian electorate has time and again conveyed to ruling party that goes on to form the government that we will take you to form government with majority but also take in consideration the views of all those people who may not have voted for them.”

“Every time a government has behaved on the contrary, the voter has punished the incumbent in elections that follow,” he added.
