New Delhi, Dec 17 (ANI): Union Law and Justice Minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad slammed Congress party for ‘supporting’ protest against Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) 2019. He said Congress is trying to paint the incidents in communal colour.

“Its objective is to give citizenship to persecuted religious minorities from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. This Act poses no danger to the citizenship of the people of our country. Some are trying to flare religious tensions, it is sad Congress stands with them,” said Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Ravi Shankar Prasad.
