The country's politics is high on citizenship law and NRC. The Modi government claiming out of the Illegal migrants by implementing NRC. There is a debate about which. Holding that passports and voter identity cards are sufficient proof of citizenship, a magistrate court has acquitted a father and son accused of illegally entering the country from Bangladesh.

नागरिकता कानून और एनआरसी को लेकर देश की सियासत उबाल पर है. केंद्र की मोदी सरकार एनआरसी लागू कर अवैध घुसपैठियों को देश से बाहर निकालने का दावा कर रही है. जिसको लेकर बहस छिड़ी हुई है. इसी बीच मुंबई की एक अदालत ने अवैध रूप से घुसपैठ के मामले में मामले में बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने पासपोर्ट्स और मतदाता पहचान पत्र को नागरिकता के लिए पर्याप्त सबूत मानते हुए पिता और पुत्र को बांग्लादेश से अवैध रूप से देश में दाखिल होने के आरोपों से बरी कर दिया है।
