कैग की यूनियन गवर्नमेंट-डिफेंस सर्विसेज, आर्मी की रिपोर्ट में बड़े सच का पता चला है। रिपोर्ट में जिक्र है कि ऊंचाई वाले इलाके में सेना के जवानों को रोजाना भोजन की जितनी जरूरत होती उतनी नहीं मिलती है। रिपोर्ट में ये भी कहा गया है कि जवानों की कैलोरी इनटेक से भी समझौता किया जा रहा है। कैग की ये रिपोर्ट राज्यसभा में रखी गई है। रिपोर्ट को लोकसभा में नहीं रखने के कारण उसे जारी नहीं किया जा सका है।
