There has been considerable vigilance at police-administrative level in some districts of Uttar Pradesh due to opposition to the citizenship law Internet services in Aligarh and Saharanpur have been stopped. These services have been discontinued till further orders ... At the same time, the district administration has not given any reason behind the shutdown of internet service in both the districts.

नागरिकता कानून के विरोध और जुमे को लेकर उत्तरप्रदेश के कुछ जिलों में पुलिस-प्रशासनिक स्तर पर खासी सतर्कता बरती जा रही है..इसी कड़ी में अलीगढ़ और सहारनपुर में इंटरनेट सेवाएं बंद कर दी गई है। ये सेवाएं अगले आदेश तक बंद की गई हैं... वहीं, जिला प्रशासन ने दोनों जिलों में इंटरनेट सेवा बंद करने के पीछ अभी कोई कारण नहीं बताया है।
