Cop Car Tails Semi Truck Trying to Pass While Pedestrian Crosses Road

This pedestrian was trying to cross the street. As per the traffic rules, the vehicles have to wait for the person to safely cross. However, a semi-truck couldn't wait for her to pass and immediately tailed behind her. A cop car chased the truck promptly as it passed the woman crossing the road.
