RISO VEGETARIANO
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
350 g rice, 100 g tomato sauce, a courgette, a bell pepper
a carrot, a celery rib, an onion, garlic, parsley, broth
oil, butter, grated parmesan, salt
PREPARATION:
Dice the courgette, pepper, carrot and celery
Fry them in oil and butter with chopped onion, garlic and parsley
Add the rice, the tomato sauce and cook for about 20 minutes diluting with the broth
Cream with butter and parmesan and serve
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
