The Modi government at the Center may soon give working people an option to reduce their contribution to the Provident Fund (PF), which will increase the take-home pay of employees. It is believed that the employees will be given the option to reduce their PF contribution to increase the take home salary. However, the company will continue to contribute 12 percent to the provident fund.
