Anwar: Don't let a few bad apples spoil the entire civil service

PKR president Anwar Ibrahim told his party's national congress today that the civil service shouldn't be viewed negatively due to the actions of a few.
He also called on the government to revamp the proposal to set at an Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) to make sure the police force does not feel alienated.
The IPCMC will act as an independent monitoring body to receive complaints and conduct investigations on the misconduct of the police force.
