'It's not funny!' Elf on the shelf prank sees 3-year-old given a moustache

A 3-year-old girl living in Rhode Island was on the receiving end of her mum's elf on the shelf prank where it was revealed that the girl's mother had drawn a moustache onto her face.
The mother reads a note from the elf to her daughter Violet explaining that the elf, named Heart, had opened a pack of coloured markers and got "carried away".
Violet then peers into a mirror on the floor and realises a moustache has been drawn onto her face and states "it's not funny!"
The filmed told Newsflare: "This was the first time we introduced our 3-year-old daughter Violet to her new 'Elf on the Shelf'. She named her elf 'Heart'. Cute, right?!
"So that night we coloured a moustache on her and left Heart in her bedroom amongst her dishevelled box of markers.
"The rest of the video speaks for itself. Needless to say, Heart certainly made a lasting impression on her first visit!"
