Teresa (Judy Ann Santos) bristles with rage upon learning that Dexter (Joem Bascon) has been speaking to Robert (Tirso Cruz III) behind her back. Meanwhile, George (Grae Fernandez) tries to express his longing for Lena (Chantal Videla) only to be shut down. Being optimistic, Doc Philip (Raymart Santiago) assures Domeng (Simon Ibarra) that Teresa will fulfill her promise to provide medical assistance for the people of Barrio Maulap.
