Donald Trump kept Boris Johnson and Jens Stoltenberg waiting for an informal handshake at the meeting of Nato leaders in Hertfordshire. Having greeted the other member states' leaders, the Prime Minister and Nato Secretary General were left making small talk for five minutes before the US President appeared.
