There is a good news for the account holders of Punjab and Maharashtra Cooperative Bank ... The central government has given relief to the PMC bank account holders, allowing them to withdraw all their money from the bank. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has given this statement on a question related to this matter in the Lok Sabha. After the scam in the bank came to light, the RBI had imposed a number of restrictions on the withdrawal of money by the account holders, the Finance Minister was questioned about this.

पंजाब एंड महाराष्‍ट्र कोऑपरेटिव बैंक के खाताधारकों के लिए एक अच्छी खबर हैं...केंद्र सरकार ने PMC बैंकखाताधारकों को राहत देते हुए उन्हें अपनी सारी रकम बैंक से निकालने की इजाजत दे दी है।पीएमसे बैंक से करीब 78 फीसदी खाताधारकों को सरकार ने अपनी सारी रकम निकालने की इजाजत दी है। लोकसभा में इस मामले से जुड़े एक सवाल पर वित्‍तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने ये बयान दिया है। बैंक में घोटाले की बात सामने आने के बाद आरबीआई ने खाताधारकों के पैसा निकालने पर कई तरह के प्रतिबंध लगा दिए थे, इसी को लेकर वित्तमंत्री से सवाल हुआ था।
