INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
400 g rice, 2 tablespoons oil, 60 g butter, one onion, half a glass of wine
one liter of broth, 200 g of frozen spinach, one clove of garlic, 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
PREPARATION:
Fry the chopped onion in the oil and 30 g of butter
Brown the rice, sprinkle with the white wine and add the broth
Cover tightly by cooking over low heat for 18 minutes
Put the chopped spinach in butter and garlic
Add them to the rice and stir with the parmesan cheese and some butter flakes
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
