Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden is making headlines for bizarrely nipping at his wife's fingers during a campaign stop in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Saturday, reports Business Insider.
In a video posted online, Jill Biden is at the podium speaking and gesturing to her husband close behind her when he playfully dodges her hand then leans in and briefly puts her fingers in his mouth.
She and the crowd simply laugh it off, and she continues on with her speech.
The Bidens are in the middle of an eight-day "No Malarkey" bus tour through Iowa.
