Several restaurants and canteens in Bengaluru have stopped serving Onion Dosa. Due to the hike in the price of onions, budget hotels have reduced the usage of onions in the preparation of food. Speaking to ANI, a customer said, "The usage has of onions have been reduced in several restaurants due to fee hike. Even if want to eat onion Dosa we have to pay extra for it." "This is a matter of concern for all hoteliers; many small restaurants cannot use onions at this rate. So they have stopped using onions," said a hotelier in Bengaluru.
