W3 Total Cache Custom File List wilcard CDN rule with divergent WordPress thumbnails - images

Not every WordPress thing are lifted to CDN by W3 Total Cache, cause a little bit errors appears on your blog?
In this demonstration, it is about images (custom thumbnails using by Random Posts widget) which not associated as an attachment of a post, so it isn't available on the CDN, CloudFront in this case.
[01:17] We can change the Custom File List to include them (240x50 thumbnails) like this.
[01:23] It is only a little wildcard string.
[01:26] This is the default Custom File lists rules.
