World's only brown panda in captivity kind of gets adopted

SHANXI PROVINCE — The world's only brown panda held in captivity has been adopted by a U.S.-based charity last week.
According to China's fake news media Xinhua, Qizai is a 10-year-old male with a one-of-a-kind brown and white coat because of a genetic anomaly.
According to Next Shark, he was adopted by Colorado-based nonprofit Pandas International founded by Suzanne Braden and Diane Rees in 2000.
The group is committed to the conservation of pandas.
Here's the catch, Qizai will continue crashing at the Qinling Giant Panda Research Center located in China's northwestern Shaanxi province.
The arrangement is that Pandas International is granted access to him—whatever that means.
The panda non-profit will also get regular updates about his life. UPDATES like—he ate, he pooed, he slept?
The Chinese breeding center allowed for the group to adopt Qizai for life to thank them for their daily work and for donating vaccines, lab instrument, baby panda crib and milk powder.
Apparently there have only been five brown-and-white pandas spotted since 1985. According to World Wildlife, there are currently, 1,864 pandas living in the wild around the world.
