The newly elected head of Russia's athletics body says she thinks there is a "chance to fight" after a World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) panel recommended the country's drug-testing authority be declared non-compliant with international rules. The new acting president of RUSAF Yulia Tarasenko replaces previous head Dmitry Shlyakhtin following his suspension by World Athletics, in an effort to give athletes a chance to compete.
