Gajar ka halwa:

Ingredients

Carrots grated 1-1/2 kg
Sugar ½ kg
Khoya ½ kg
Clarified butter ½ cup
Almonds, pistachios ½ cup
Cardamom ground ½ tsp


Method
In a pan add grated carrots , sugar and mix cover & let it cook till tender , now fry till sugar and carrot water dries, now add clarified butter and fry , now add cardamoms ground and remove , then add khoya cover, lastly sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve.

Aalo chana masala:

Ingredients

Chic piece boiled 1 ½ cup
Potatoes 250 gm
Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Onion seeds ½ tsp
Tomatoes 3 finely chopped
Roasted and crushed coriander 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp heaped
Allspice 1 tsp
Mango powder ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Onion 1 chopped
Achar masala 2 tbsp

Method

In a pan put thinly sliced potatoes with 4 cups water, crushed red pepper, salt, turmeric, onion seeds, chopped tomatoes cover and cook till potatoes nearly tender, add in oil, chopped onion, roasted and crushed coriander, roasted and crushed cumin, allspice, khatai powder, boiled chany, achar masala, fry well, mash slightly, lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies.



Seekh Kabab Paratha Roll:

Ingredients

Seekh kabab 1 packet
Parathay 4
Green chutney ½ cup
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Onion rings as required
Mint as required
Method:
Fry seekh kabab .then fry paratha and pour green chuntey, onion rings and mint then roll it and serve with ketchup.
Recommended
