An Australian firefighter documents the raging Gospers Mountain Fire while tasked with protecting a property along Putty Road and clearing Putty Road for other fire trucks and emergency vehicles to pass through.
The video shows the area had been taken over by the blaze as the crew drive through the Gospers Mountain Fire.
The filmer told Newsflare: "While in the heard of the Gospers Mountain Fire, we exited the truck to clear a called tree off the road when a sudden gust of wind accelerated the conditions around us.
"I took this video to show how quickly a fire can spread in such dry conditions, even in a controlled action."
The dramatic footage was captured on November, 12.
