Kern County finally sees rain this morning, with the clouds breaking apart this afternoon as we top out at just 58 in Bakersfield. We'll be enjoying great air quality today with clearing skies overnight. As long as we have clear skies and calm winds, we should be waking up to morning fog tomorrow!
