Beef Reshmi Kabab | Frozen Kabab Recipe | How to Freeze Kabab

Welcome to MJ's Kitchen
& today's recipe is Beef Reshmi Kababs
too much soft & will melt in your mouth
give this recipe a must try.

let's start making kababs.

Ingredients:
½ Kg Ground Beef,
3 pieces Green Chilies,
1 Medium sized Onion (sliced)
4 tbsp Green Coriander,
1 Egg,
3 Bread Slices,
I mashed these using a little water.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tbsp Red Pepper Powder,
½ tsp Turmeric,
1 tsp Cumin,
2 tbsp Butter,
2 tbsp Milk Cream,
& ½ Cup Oil for Frying.

Method:
- Add green chili, coriander & onion in chopper & chop these first.
- Now add ground beef, soaked bread, ginger garlic paste, cumin, turmeric, salt, red pepper, garam masala powder, egg, butter
& Cream.
- Close the lid & blend everything well.
- Grease the hands with oil & shape the mixture as Kababs.
- Kababs are shaped up, oil is on the stove to heat up.
- At this stage you can freeze the kababs
- Put this plate in freezer first & then put them in zip lock bag after they get hard for upto 2 months.
- Fry the kabab for 6 ~8 minutes at medium to low flame.
