attended the inauguration of the "Cities Made of Dreams" congress, in which the Catalan Minister for Digital Policies, Jordi Puigneró, the first deputy mayor of Barcelona, ??Jaume Collboni; Spanish Secretary of State for Digital Advance, Francisco Polo, and Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, addressed the technological challenges facing metropolises of the future.
