Smoked Kofta Biryani:
Ingredients:
Ingredients for kofta 400 grams
Chopped fried onions ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Bread slices 1
Green chili 2-3
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Coal for smoke
Oil for frying
For gravy:
Chopped onion 1
Yogurt ¾ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Boiled chopped tomatoes 1 cup
All spices powder ½ tsp
Salt, red chili powder, turmeric as required
Fried grinded onion 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Clarified butter ¾ cup
Rice ingredients:
Boiled sela rice 400 grams
Mix all spices 1 tbsp
Yellow food color as required
Method:
Except coal all in ingredients mix in mince and grind. then make small ball then do smoke and fry it .for making gravy heat oil and fry onion .now add ginger and garlic paste add ,then add boiled chopped tomatoes ,salt ,red chili powder and turmeric add and masala roast. After this add yogurt and mix all spices mix .when masala roast then add all spices powder ,fried onion and fried kofta and lemon juice mix .now in a woke add ½ cup of water and 2 tbsp oil and half boiled rice and then kofta ‘s mixture then add remaining rice pour on top and add yellow food color mix and leave on dum and serve .


Malai prawns :
Ingredients:
Prawns 350 grams
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Boiled chopped tomatoes 3-4
Oil ½ cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Turmeric 2 pinch
Coconut milk 1 cup
Onion 2
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
All spice powder ½ tsp
Green chili 2-3
Green coriander for garnish
Method:
In a bender onion ,green chili and tomatoes blend and make paste .then heat oil and pour the ready paste .now add ginger garlic paste ,turmeric ,salt and cumin powder and roast .then add grinded all spices and coconut milk then boil and cook .finally add prawns and cream and cook for 5 minutes .then dish out and garnish with green coriander and serve .
