Winter session of Parliament began on November 18. Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Prakash Javadekar arrived at Parliament in an electric car today. Speaking on his electric car, Javadekar said, “Government is gradually switching to electric cars as they are pollution-free.
