Rolling Stones Concert (HBO Promo)

I am slowly but surely moving my videos since youtube is changing their terms of service on December 10th, and I don't want to lose all my hard work. This is a HBO promo for a Rolling Stones concert I found on a tape and uploaded to youtube in 2017. I still have no idea what tour it could be from since the concert didn't get recorded. Either way I'm a Rolling Stones fan so this was a cool find.
