William Barr slammed Democrats.

Attorney General William Barr has accused Democrats of engaging in a "war of resistance" to cripple the government.
Barr told the conservative Federalist Society Friday: "In waging a scorched-earth, no-holds-barred war of resistance against this administration, it is the left that is engaged in a systematic shredding of norms and undermining the rule of law."
He also said that President Trump's critics "essentially see themselves as engaged in a war to cripple by any means necessary a duly elected government."
The attorney general's staunch defense of the president comes amid the ongoing impeachment proceedings against Trump.
