Bill Murray and Original ‘Ghostbusters’
Crew to Return in 2020 Sequel.
During a recent interview on ‘The Greg Hill Show,’
Murray’s former co-star, Dan Aykroyd, confirmed
the return of the original ‘Ghostbusters’ crew.
Akyroyd will reportedly be joined by Murray, Sigourney Weaver, Ernie Hudson and Annie Potts in the 2020 film.
“We’ve shot our part … it was really exciting working on this
new idea and new take on the story which Jason [Reitman],
who’s a really incredible and fine filmmaker, came up with."

Harold Ramis, who died of an
autoimmune disease in 2014, is
also expected to be recognized
during the film “in some way.”.
According to Akyroyd, the ‘Ghostbusters 2020'
sequel successfully “hands the legacy off”
to the new generation of actors. .

‘Ghostbusters 2020’ is set
to debut on July 10, 2020.
