This is the amazing moment a girl with cerebral palsy from Stockport ran her first 1-kilometre race without her walking aids for charity.

The footage, filmed on September 15 shows the moment the young girl ran across the finishing line after smashing her first race.

“She has had 5 surgeries to help her walk, and due to have another one soon, she wanted to do the run to raise money she raised £260 for a cerebral palsy charity. It was an incredible moment for us,” the filmer told Newsflare.
