Vienna (Austria), Nov 13 (EFE).- A two-way street, a red traffic light and drivers who are forced to stop their vehicle while waiting for no one to cross the street. It is a common occurrence which only wastes the time of thousands of drivers every day, and doesn't help to speed up the traffic.
