Engineer from Leningrad region creates self-made locomotive

Engineer Pavel Chilin, previously known in mass media as a manufacturer of organs, this time created a self-made locomotive in his village of Ulyanovka, Leningrad region. Chilin has been working on the construction of a narrow-gauge (300 mm) railway for more than 10 years and finally managed to finish the assembly of his own locomotive.
