The man named Loc, 31, filmed here spinning and twisting his noodles on August 28, has a small restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Loc said he learned his skills on an apprenticeship from a Chinese chef and within 10 years he invented his own way of making noodles.
