Thirteen days after the declaration of Maharashtra Assembly results, who will be the Maharashtra Chief Minister is still unanswered. BJP delegation will meet Maharashtra governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari on Thursday to seek a call to form the government, amid hectic back-channel efforts to win over ally Shiv Sena as time is running out. Sudhir Mungantiwar claimed the Shiv Sena and the BJP will form the government, as sources said that this time, the BJP is in no mood to form a minority government if the Shiv Sena doesn't come along.

महाराष्ट्र में बीजेपी शिवसेना के बीच घमासान जारी है. सरकार गठन के लिए अब बेहद कम वक्त रह गया है. लेकिन न तो शिवसेना और न ही बीजेपी झुकने को तैयार है. ऐसे में महाराष्ट्र का क्या होगा? नई सरकार बनने का फॉर्मूला क्या होगा? सरकार बन भी पाएगी या नहीं? ये वो सवाल हैं जिनके जवाब का चुनाव नतीजे आने के 13 दिन बाद भी राज्य की जनता को इंतजार है. महाराष्ट्र में 9 नवंबर तक नई सरकार हर हाल में बननी है, इसलिए आज महाराष्ट्र में हलचल तेज हो गई है. गुरुवार यानी आज बीजेपी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष चंद्रकांत पाटिल बीजेपी नेताओं के साथ राज्यपाल से मुलाकात करेंगे. माना जा रहा है कि राज्यपाल से मुलाकात में बीजेपी सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश कर सकती है.
