Thunderstorms created an eerily beautiful scene early Wednesday, Nov. 6, morning just as the sun rose. Dangerous lightning leaped out of storms in Phoenix, Arizona, during the morning commute. An upper-level disturbance swung through the Southwest, sparking the unseasonal storms, which dropped heavy rain and hail to parts of Arizona throughout the day.
