James Dean to Star in New
Vietnam Movie Thanks to CGI.
Dean, who died at the age of 24 in 1955, will be
digitally recreated for the film, 'Finding Jack.'.
Dean's likeness will be used
for a character named Rogan in
the Vietnam War action-drama. .
'Finding Jack' centers on thousands
of army dogs who were abandoned during the war.
The film is being directed by Anton Ernst and Tati Golykh, who say Dean's family gave their blessing.
We searched high and low for the perfect character to portray the role of Rogan, which has some extreme complex character arcs, and after months of research, we decided on James Dean,  Anton Ernst, via statement.
The family views this as his fourth movie, a movie he never got to make. We do not intend to let his fans down, Anton Ernst, via statement.
"Full body” CGI
will be used.
A voice actor will also be brought in.
'Finding Jack' begins production later this month
and hits theaters next year on November 11
