To combat air pollution in Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal-led government launched Odd-Even scheme on Nov 03. Citizens gave mixed reactions over the scheme. One of the commuters said, “"Definitely it (Odd-Even scheme) will make a difference. But it would be better if the government takes effective measures to stop the stubble burning.
