Bizarre hammerhead worm crawls across the ground in search of prey

Footage shows a bizarre hammerhead worm found slithering across the ground.
Ekachai Kaepoung noticed the dark brown creature searching for prey in Phetchabun, northeastern Thailand on October 14 afternoon.
Ekachai, who was fascinated by the appearance of the worm, said the worm may be small, but it is a threat to earthworms.
He said: "The hammerhead worms are too small and too cute to harm humans, but in contrast, it's a big danger to the earthworm."
The hammerhead worm uses its mucilage to immobilise victims before biting them and devouring them in small pieces.
