A drone was used for tracking an elephant which had claimed 5 human lives in a forest area in the state of Assam. Elephant had killed five people on October 29. The drone was flown in Goalpara district of Assam. The use of drone not only increases the chances of detection of an animal from the air but also significantly reduces further danger.
