Shubman Gill stole the show with a terrific knock of 143 runs off 142 balls laced with ten fours and six sixes as he along with opening partner Mayank Agarwal (120), added a magnificent 226 runs for the opening wicket. Agarwal also continued his purple patch as he scored a fine 120 off 111 deliveries with the help of 15 fours and a solitary six. Gill's 143 is now his top score in List A cricket surpassing his previous best of unbeaten 123 against Karnataka in the 2018 Vijay Hazare Trophy.
