“Now that promoter debt by March 2020 will become nil, we will be in a comfortable position both in terms of company and also promoters. Company’s debt too becoming nil by March 31, 2020, we can leverage better and go for decent acquisition next year,” said Joint MD Ullas Kamath of Jyothy Labs.
