Pakistan violated the Vienna Convention in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case International Court of Justice told the United Nations General Assembly. ICJ president Judge Abduylqawi Yusuf told the UNGA that the world court concluded in its judgment that Pakistan violated its obligations under Article 36 of the Vienna Convention by wrongly stating that its provisions were not applicable to prisoners suspected of espionage.

कुलभूषण जाधव मामले में पाकिस्तान को बड़ी शिकस्त मिली है. इंटरनेशनल जस्टिस कोर्ट ने पाकिस्तान को फटकार लगाई है. आईसीजे के प्रेसिडेंट जज ने कहा है कि इस मामले में पाकिस्तान ने वियना संधि के नियमों की अनदेखी की है. जाधव की गिरफ्तारी की सूचना भारतीय दूतावास को भी नहीं दी गई थी. यहां तक कि भारत के कई बार अपील के बाद भी कुलभूषण जाधव को काउंसुलर एक्सेस नहीं दिया गया.
