Delhi should be concerned about pollution levels rather than hosting a cricket match, BJP leader Gautam Gambir said as air quality in the city slipped into hazardous category today.

पूर्वी दिल्ली के मौजूदा सांसद और पूर्व क्रिकेटर गौतम गंभीर ने कहा है कि दिल्ली वालों क्रिकेट मैच की मेजबानी से ज्यादा प्रदूषण की चिंता करनी चाहिए। दिवाली के बाद से दिल्ली का प्रदूषण का स्तर बढ़ गया है और 3 नवंबर को होने वाले भारत-बांग्लादेश पहले टी-20 मैच के आयोजन को लेकर सवाल खड़े होने लगे हैं। गंभीर ने इस बारे में समाचार अजेंसी से बात करते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली में होने वाला क्रिकेट मैच या कोई दूसरे खेल से ज्यादा बड़ी समस्या प्रदूषण है। हमारे लिए, दिल्ली में रहने वालों के लिए प्रदूषण चिंता का विषय होना चाहिए नाकि कोई क्रिकेट मैच।
