Burns More Fat, Study Says The study can be found in the 'Journal of
Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism.' It was completed by researchers at
the University of Bath and the
University of Birmingham. 30 overweight male subjects
were used for the six-week test. One group worked out before breakfast
and another worked out after breakfast. The third group kept their
lifestyle habits the same. After six weeks, the before-breakfast group burned twice as much fat compared to
