Social Security Code में हुए changes तो Job के एक साल बाद मिलेगी Gratuity | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Modi government can change the social security code. In this way the rules for getting gratuity can be changed. Under this change, if the employee worked in any company for one year, he will be entitled to gratuity. Currently, the same employee gets the right to get gratuity, who has worked in a company for five consecutive years and after that he leaves the job. In addition, the government may retain 1.16 per cent stake in Employees Pension Scheme (EPS).

मोदी सरकार सोशल सिक्यॉरिटी कोड में बदलाव कर सकती है।ऐसे में ग्रैच्युटी पाने के नियमों में बदलाव किया जा सकता है। इस बदलाव के तहत अगर कर्मचारी ने किसी भी कंपनी में एक साल तक काम किया तो वो ग्रैच्युटी पाने का हकदार होगा। अभी ग्रैच्युटी पाने का अधिकार उसी कर्मचारी को मिलता है, जिसने लगातार पांच साल किसी कंपनी में नौकरी की हो और उसके बाद वह नौकरी छोड़ता हो। इसके अलावा एम्प्लॉयीज पेंशन स्कीम (ईपीएस) में सरकार की 1.16 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी बरकरार रह सकती है।
