CCTV catches man stealing female student's panties from Indonesian boarding house

A man in Indonesia has been caught on CCTV stealing three sets of panties belonging to university students from the front of a boarding house.
According to the owners, who live in housing around the campus in Agam district, West Sumatra Province, more than a dozen pieces of women's underwear were lost during October.
The thief was finally revealed after his action captured by CCTV on October 14 in early morning.
The culprit was identified and questioned by residents, but he denied doing it. Police came to record the incident but the female student didn't file an official police report.
The owner initially suspected the missing underwear had been stolen by fellow boarders, and made them accuse each other.
However when the thief was revealed other students came forward to reveal thefts from their laundry.
